This policy applies to incash.online, tg.incash.online, max.incash.online, orders, KYC checks, and support requests.
Telegram or MAX profile identifier and name, selected language, theme, and notification settings.
Order data: direction, amount, rate, recipient, phone number, card, Alipay/WeChat ID, USDT address, and network.
For KYC: document image, selfie, status, and verification results.
Technical data: request date and time, IP address, browser information, cookies, and localStorage required for interface operation and security.
User authorization, order creation and execution, order history, and status notifications.
Payment verification, fraud prevention, KYC, support requests, and refunds.
Security, error diagnosis, and compliance with applicable mandatory requirements.
Data is processed with user consent, to execute an order created by the user, and on other grounds provided by applicable law.
Processing may include collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, use, necessary disclosure, blocking, and deletion.
Data is shared with Telegram, MAX, banks, payment systems, recipients, and technical contractors only to the extent required for the selected channel and order execution.
The order database and KYC files are stored on controlled server infrastructure. Retention depends on the processing purpose and mandatory requirements; data is deleted or anonymized when the legal grounds cease to apply.
The operator does not publish passport or payment data or disclose it to an undefined group of people.
Access controls, server-side Telegram/MAX authorization, HTTPS, operation logging, and backups are used.
Users must protect their devices and must not share order data with unofficial accounts.
